Here at ah-Beetz we feature Alberta made aged mozzarella and Grana padano cheese imported from Italy. Our dough is made with organic unbleached flour from Anita’s Organic in Chilliwack and is naturally leavened with a wild yeast culture (otherwise known as sourdough) and is charred in our oven which reaches 700 degrees.
