We hand make all our pizzas. No conveyor belts here! We start with the dough and make a round(-ish) shell by stretching the dough on our wooden pizza peel by hand. Then, we smother the dough with our super secret pizza sauce. Once the pizza is covered in sauce, we then add the fresh ingredients that you ordered which we buy locally to guarantee the freshest ingredients. When the pizza is made to order, we top it off with fresh basil and a sprinkling of parmigiano reggiano. Simply irressistible authentic New York Pizza, right here in Abbotsford British Columbia.
The ingredients we use are fresh and purchased from local farmers. This way we can guarantee we use the freshest ingredients we can. We strongly believe in supporting our local community so buying from local vendors just makes sense. Our dough is made from unbleached flour and is naturally leavened with a wild yeast culture (otherwise known as sourdough) and is charred in our ovens that reach an optimal cooking temperature of 700 degress.
